more about meredith

My friends and family would describe me as an old soul. I love to start my mornings with fresh air, journaling, and coffee. I’ve lived in Kentucky, Florida, and Colorado. My husband and I have an energetic Corgi named Roger. I was a collegiate runner surrounded by pressures to eat, look, and perform a certain way, so I am passionate about sharing my story and supporting those walking (or running) in similar shoes.

background & education

I earned a Bachelors Degree in Human Nutrition & Dietetics and completed my dietetic internship at The Ohio State University. I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD, RDN), and in the state of Ohio a Licensed Dietitian (LD, LDN).

Before starting Neutral Nutrition, I worked at a non-profit in their WIC (Women, Infants, & Children) program providing counseling focused in prenatal, postnatal, infant, and childhood nutrition. I’ve also worked as an inpatient and outpatient dietitian with diverse patient populations, and with student athletes in DI college athletics including swim/dive, cross country and track/field, basketball, soccer, and cheer.
